Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.

5. Credits and Billing

Smart Outreach operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law
• Credits are consumed when using platform features such as email extraction, verification, and sending
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice to existing users
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Smart Outreach platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Smart Outreach and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit written permission. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Outreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the platform

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
